César Gil joined the project as CEO in September 2019 to formulate and execute our corporate strategy to achieve DOIT’s vision and mission. César’s cosmopolitan and holistic mindset provided the company with a strong foundation to compete globally. César Gil is specialized in global go-to-market strategies, he obtained a Master’s Degree in International Business Administration from the Carlos III University of Madrid. He is an innovative, tenacious, and enthusiastic leader. Now acting as board member and advisor, aligned with DOIT core values, Cesar’s work ethic is helping the company to build solid relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
Professional Experience
César has a successful and solid proven track record in business development. He has worked in different sales positions for more than 10 years. Passionate about consultative sales and bringing the best value for the customers, César has focused his professional career in the optical industry where he has demonstrated, among others, strong entrepreneurship and strategical skills at EasyScan B.V. (a spin-off company of the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands) establishing its Spanish subsidiary from its legal constitution, development, and implementation of the strategic commercial and marketing plan. César has also demonstrated high performance in developing new business and commercial management at the multi-national ophthalmic lens leading company Hoya Vision Care.
